• Tear-off method: cool tear or hot tear.
• The printing film is a soft product. A slight stickiness on the surface is normal, and the surfaces should be prevented from sticking to each other.
• Reasonably control the temperature and pressing time. If the temperature is too high or the time is too long, it will easily cause discoloration or decrease in elasticity.

Heat Transfer Film the design is printed onto the DTF film using a specialized printer and ink. After the printing is complete, the film is placed on the fabric with the design facing down. Heat and pressure are applied to transfer the ink from the film onto the fabric, resulting in a vibrant and durable print.

Once the design is printed and powdered, it is ready for transfer. The DTF film with the printed design is placed on the target fabric or surface, with the printed side facing down. A heat press is then used to apply heat and pressure. The heat activates the adhesive layers on the film and the hot-melt powder, causing them to melt and bond with the fabric fibers. After a specified period of time, the heat press is released, and the PET film is peeled off, leaving behind a vibrant, detailed design that is firmly attached to the surface.
